Read the instruction manual thoroughly before the first use. Avoid eating, smoking, exercising, or drinking caffeinated beverages for at least 30 minutes before taking a measurement. Sit in a relaxed position and place the cuff on your bare upper arm. Press the START/STOP button to begin the automatic inflation and measurement process. The device will display your systolic and diastolic blood pressure, along with your pulse rate. For detailed instructions on setting the date, time, and user, please refer to the user manual.
