Mebit-AL Tablet is a nutritional supplement used in adults and elderly to manage nutritional shortages in conditions like diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage occurring over time because of high content of sugar and fat in the blood due to diabetes). It contains various vitamins and trace elements that help to reactivate injured nerve cells and overcome nutritional deficiencies.
