Introduction About MALIDENS SUSPENSION
Malidens Suspension is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce fever (high body temperature) in children. It also relieves symptoms of cold and flu. It contains Paracetamol as an active ingredient.
Paracetamol relieves pain by increasing the pain threshold by inhibiting certain enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) involved in synthesis of chemicals responsible for inducing pain (prostaglandins). It reduces fever by directly acting on heat-regulating centres in the brain, resulting in vessel relaxation, sweating and loss of body heat.
Always give Malidens Suspension to your child as advised by your doctor. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Use a measuring cup to properly measure the dose.
