To use the Makeup Revolution All Eyes on Minnie Palette, start by applying a primer to your eyelids. Then, use a small, fluffy brush to apply a transition shade to your crease. Next, use a flat brush to apply one of the shimmering shades to your lid. Blend the edges with a clean brush, and then use a darker shade to deepen the outer corner of your eye. Finally, apply mascara to your lashes to complete the look. Repeat the process for the other eye, and experiment with different shades to create a variety of looks.
