Introduction About LOAPEP SUSPENSION
Loapep Suspension is an antacid used in the management of reflux esophagitis, hyperacidity, heartburn, dyspepsia and flatulence. It contains magnesium hydroxide, dried aluminum hydroxide and dimethicone as active ingredients for quick and effective relief from acidity and gas.
Magnesium hydroxide and dried aluminum hydroxide are antacids used together to relieve heartburn, acid indigestion and upset stomach by neutralizing gastric acid and reacting with hydrochloric acid in the stomach to form magnesium chloride and water. Dimethicone is an anti-flatulent agent that manages the formation of mucus surrounding the gas pockets in the gastrointestinal tract. This allows the formation of big gas bubbles that can be expelled easily.
Always take Loapep Suspension as recommended by your doctor. Shake well before use. Recommended dosage is 10-20 ml between meals or at bedtime or as directed by the doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any of its components.
