Introduction About K CIT SYRUP
K Cit Syrup is an alkalinizing agent, used to make urine less acidic. Thus, helps to manage gout and kidney stones. It is also useful in managing the acidosis caused by some renal tubular diseases. It contains Potassium Citrate and Citric Acid as active ingredients.
Potassium citrate and Citric acid acts as a systemic alkalizer, which helps to make your urine less acidic. Thus, helps to manage acidosis or manage kidney stones or gout.
Always take K Cit Syrup as advised by the physician. Shake well before use. Take after meals and at bedtime or as directed by the physician. It is not recommended for use in patients with unmanageed Addison's disease, adynamia episodica hereditaria (periodic paralysis), acute dehydration, heat cramps, absence of urination, severe heart damage, and high levels of potassium in blood.
