    Introduction About IVREA SOAP

    IVREA SOAP contains Ivermectin which belongs to the group of medicines called Antiparasitic agents. It is used in adults (18 years or older) to manage pimples and spots on the skin found with rosacea. Rosacea is defined as a skin condition that causes blushing or flushing and visible blood vessels in your face. It may also induce small and pus-filled bumps.

    IVREA SOAP should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. It is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before using this medicine.

    The safety and efficacy of IVREA SOAP in children and adolescents (18 years or less) have not been established. Consult your child’s doctor for advice.

    The most common side effect of applying IVREA SOAP is a burning feeling of the skin. Consult your doctor if the side effects worsen.

    How IVREA SOAP Works

    IVREA SOAP has anti-inflammatory effect against rosacea and helps to kill the causative agent (demodex mites) improving clinical signs and symptoms in the skin.

    How to use IVREA SOAP

    Always use IVREA SOAP as directed by your physician. It is for external use only. Rub gently to provide lather, leave it for 3-5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. Avoid contact with eyes. Your doctor will decide the duration of management with IVREA SOAP depending upon the severity of the condition or infection.

    Side Effects Of IVREA SOAP

    How To Manage Side Effects

    Itchy skin:

    Avoid hot showers because hot water can irritate the skin further. Do not scratch the affected area. Use sunscreen and protective clothing when going outdoors. Use moisturizers to relax and hydrate the affected skin area. Consult your doctor if itching worsens.

    Breastfeeding

    IVREA SOAP is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before using it.  

    Driving and Using Machines

    IVREA SOAP has no or negligible influence on the ability to drive and use machines.

    Allergy

    Do not use IVREA SOAP if you are allergic to ivermectin or any other ingredients of this medicine.

    Others

    Use in pediatrics:

    IVREA SOAP is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (under 18 years of age). Consult your child’s doctor for advice. 

    Interactions

    A. Drug-Drug interactions:

    Tell your doctor if you are using or have recently used any other medicines including medicines obtained without a prescription or herbal products.

    Overdosage:

    If you or anyone else use too much of IVREA SOAP, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital.
