Introduction About IGP GUM PAINT
IGP Gum Paint is an Astringent and Counter irritant used for tonning the bleeding and spongy gums, gingivitis and pyorrhoea. It contains Iodine, Potassium Iodide, Tannic Acid, Thymol, Menthol, Camphor, Glycerine as active ingredients.
Iodine has analgesic and antibacterial properties and helps to relive pain and also kills bacteria. Thymol is an antiseptic aids in gum infection. Menthol has a cooling effect and provides comfort to the patient. Camphor and menthol also help to relive pain. Tannic acid acts as astringent and helps to relive itching, irritation and also forms a protective layer over injured tissues and promotes healing.
Use IGP Gum Paint as advised by the doctor. It is for external use only. Shake well before use. Apply IGP Gum Paint to the affected area of the teeth as directed by the doctor.
