Introduction About HEXILAK ULTRA GEL(TOPICAL)
Hexilak Ultra Advanced Scar Formula is a topical gel used to flatten, lighten, and soften scars resulting from burns, cuts, scratches, surgical procedures, insect bites, etc. It contains silicone gel with CCP technology, ceramides, peptides and provitamin C as active ingredients that help to manage elevated scars.
Silicone gel increases skin hydration and thereby facilitates the regulation of fibroblast production and reduction in collagen production, resulting in softer and flatter scars. It allows the skin to "breathe" and reduces the itching and discomfort associated with scars.
UTMF ceramide III reinforces the natural lipid barrier in dried and aged skin and improves hydration. Dermaxyl helps fight skin-related damage, stimulates the repair of the cutaneous matrix and reduces the depth and surface area of the scar. Vitamin C helps to lighten hyperpigmentation, along with protecting the skin from photodamages.
