Introduction About HEXIGEL GEL
Hexigel is an antiseptic mouth gel used to manage gingivitis (gum disease), oral candidiasis (oral thrush), and aphthous/other oral ulcers. It also helps to maintain oral hygiene. It contains chlorhexidine gluconate as an active ingredient which helps to manage dental plaque and aids in management of gum disease.
Chlorhexidine gluconate is a disinfectant and antiseptic agent which inhibits bacterial growth and reduces clinical symptoms of gingivitis by reducing plaque formation thus maintaining oral hygiene.
Apply Hexigel as advised by your doctor. It is for oral use only. For managing plaque and gingivitis, brush your teeth with the gel once or twice a day. For managing aphthous/other oral ulcers, apply gel to the affected areas once or twice a day or as directed by your physician. Avoid swallowing the medicine.
