Hbron 50mg Syrup is a hematinic preparation which is used to manage iron deficiency anaemia. It contains Elemental iron as an active ingredient.
Iron supplements work by directly increasing the iron stores in the body that play a vital role in building a component called heme, thereby enhancing the synthesis of haemoglobin (oxygen carrying pigment in blood) and myoglobin (oxygen carrying pigment in muscles), managing the iron deficiency in the body.
