HB FOLCIN MANGO FLAVOUR Syrup is a nutritional supplement used to manage anemia and replenish blood components (particularly hemoglobin) to obtain normal hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. HB FOLCIN MANGO FLAVOUR Syrup is used to manage poor absorption of food, vitamin b12 deficiency, pernicious anaemia, and iron deficiency. It contains Iron, Folic acid, Vitamin B12, and Beet root extract as active ingredients.
Iron is required for the formation of hemoglobin (a red pigment in the blood that serves as an oxygen transporter) in red blood cells when given as Hematinic formulation, helping to manage anemia. Folic acid works as a cofactor in the formation of healthy red blood cells. This combination also aids in the relief of fatigue and weakness caused by low haemoglobin levels. Vitamin B12 promotes development, myelination, and function of the central nervous system. It also promotes the synthesis of healthy red blood cell and DNA. Beet root extract tend to increase haemoglobin, ferritin, and serum iron levels.
