Introduction About GOLDIRON TABLET
Goldiron Tablet is an iron supplement used to manage anemia in nutritional deficiency patients, during pregnancy and lactation. It is used to replenish blood components to obtain normal hemoglobin levels. It contains Iron, Folic acid, and Vitamin B12 as active ingredients.
Iron is required for the formation of hemoglobin in red blood cells when given as Hematinic formulation, helps to manage anemia. Folic acid works as a cofactor in the formation of healthy red blood cells. This combination also aids in the relief of fatigue and weakness caused by low haemoglobin levels. Vitamin B12 promotes development, myelination, and function of the central nervous system. It also promotes the synthesis of healthy red blood cell and DNA.
Always take Goldiron Tablet as advised by your doctor. The usually recommended dosage is one tablet thrice daily. Do not exceed the intake of this iron supplement beyond the recommended dosage. Do not take if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
