Genvol Plus Capsule is an Inhalant medicine used to relieve blockage in the nasal passage and helps in better breathing. It is used to relieve nasal symptoms such as runny, itchy, stuffy nose, sneezing and post-nasal drip. It is also used to manage common cold, cough, laryngitis, blockage in nasal passages, minor pain, and certain bacterial infection. It is also used to reduce skin itching after eczema. It reduces inflammation by activating certain heat-sensitive receptors, providing relief in pain and inflammation. Chlorothymol acts by inhibiting the growth and multiplication of infection causing agents such as bacteria and viruses. Eucalyptus Oil reduces inflammation causing agents. It also inhibits the secretion of mucous, reducing its viscosity, and accelerating the movement of mucus for its clearance. Menthol reduces the nasal congestion. It also provides the cooling effect, minimizing the irritation. Terpineol works by killing or stopping the multiplication of bacteria causing infection.
