Introduction About FOLIACT TABLET
Foliact Tablet is a nutritional supplement which is used to manage or manage low blood levels of folate as low folate levels lead to anemia. Thus, Foliact Tablet is used to manage anaemia in adults, children, pregnancy and in in patients on kidney dialysis. It contains L Methylfolate Calcium as active ingredient.
Folic acid is an essential vitamin which is needed for the for the formation of red blood cells and helps to manage anemia. It also helps in the synthesis of DNA, RNA and in protein metabolism. In pregnant women it helps to manage brain and spinal cord birth defects.
Always take Foliact Tablet exactly as advised by your doctor. Swallow the tablet with a glass of water and do not crush or chew the tablet. Inform your doctor if you have vitamin B12 deficiency or pernicious anemia before taking Foliact Tablet.
