Introduction About FOLCIBEL TABLET
FOLCIBEL Tablet is a nutritional supplement used in pregnant women to support proper foetal growth and development. It also reduces the severity of morning sickness (nausea and vomiting) among pregnant women. It contains L-methyl folate, Methylcobalamin and pyridoxol-5-phosphate as the active ingredients.
Folic acid is proven to manage neural tube defects (NTD; birth defects of brain and spinal cord) in the growing baby and therefore, it is highly preferred for use in women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Methylcobalamin and folic acid manages pre-term births, reduces congenital heart defects and other congenital abnormalities. Additionally, Methylcobalamin also manages spontaneous abortions, low birth weight and other pregnancy related complications like anemia and preeclampsia.
Pyridoxine is an essential B-Vitamin that is believed to block the actions of certain substances in the body that triggers nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Take FOLCIBEL Tablet as directed by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Do not exceed the daily recommended dosage. Although used in pregnancy, it is better to consult your doctor before taking it.
