    FCL face toner is a gentle, pore minimizing formulation which refreshes the skin by gently sweeping away excess oil and impurities. Enriched with Multifruit AHA, Witch hazel and Rose flower extracts, this toner works well on all skin types. Toners help to cleanse the skin and shrink the appearance of skin pores. It also moisturizes, protects and refreshes the skin. Depending upon its ingredients, it may also balance the skin's pH level, restoring it to an acidic state, which can help in preventing acne. It is a requisite step in effective skin care treatment. A good toner formula should have a pH of around 5. This will help all skin types maintain the acid mantle.
