Introduction About FERPILL KIT TABLET
FERPILL KIT TABLET is a combination of Clomifene Citrate and Estradiol Valerate which belongs to the group of medicines called Ovulation stimulants and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) respectively. FERPILL KIT TABLET is used in the management of female infertility in patients who have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder which is common among women of reproductive age. Women having PCOS may suffer from disturbed menstrual periods or excess male hormone (androgen) levels. The ovaries may generate numerous small collections of fluid (follicles/cysts) and fail to regularly release eggs.
FERPILL KIT TABLET is not recommended for use in patients having liver or heart diseases, breast cancer, hormone-sensitive cancer, unexplained menstrual bleeding, excessive thickening of the womb lining, blood clot in a vein, blood clotting disorder, Lapp lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption and post-menopausal women.
FERPILL KIT TABLET should be used with caution in patients who have lung or kidney diseases, fibroids in the womb, polycystic ovaries, swollen ovaries, growth of the womb lining outside your womb, high blood pressure, diabetes, gall bladder stones, migraine or severe headaches, epilepsy (fits), systemic lupus erythematosus, increased levels of fat, and diseases of eardrum and hearing.
FERPILL KIT TABLET should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women. FERPILL KIT TABLET is not intended for use in children and should be used with caution in elderly patients.

Uses Of FERPILL KIT TABLET

How FERPILL KIT TABLET Works
FERPILL KIT TABLET helps in managing female infertility where Clomifene is an Ovulation stimulant which acts on the pituitary gland and stimulates the release of various hormones such as gonadotropin, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and luteinizing hormone (LH).
The release of these hormones leads to the development and maturation of the ovarian follicles, ovulation (release of the egg by the ovary), and development and function of the corpus luteum (formed every month in women of childbearing age), thus resulting in pregnancy.
Clomifene also has an antiestrogenic effect i.e., it affects the volume of uterine thickness which is essential for pregnancy. Estradiol is a Hormone Replacement Therapy which consists of a female hormone called estrogen which reverses the effect of clomifene and helps in maintaining the pregnancy.
