    Introduction About FERONIA XT SUSPENSION

Feronia-XT Suspension is an iron supplement which helps in the management of iron deficiency anemia. It contains Ferrous Ascorbate as active ingredient which aids in increasing iron absorption and formation of new red blood cells hence, boosting the hemoglobin levels.

Ferrous ascorbate is a combination of ascorbic acid and iron which increases the levels of iron which is available for the production of red blood cells. Ascorbic acid helps in increasing the absorption of iron, decreases the amount of free radicals and also minimizes gastrointestinal irritation.

Take Feronia-XT Suspension exactly as advised by your doctor. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the daily recommended dosage. Take 5ml of this suspension once a day or as suggested by your doctor.

Patients having iron overload, hemosiderosis, hemochromatosis (iron is absorbed in larger amounts), hemolytic anemia (low red blood cells) should not take it. It should be used with caution in patients having peptic ulcer, regional enteritis and ulcerative colitis. Consult your doctor if you experience any allergic reactions while taking this medicine.
