Direction for Use/Dosage
Begin by washing your face and neck with a cleanser and patting it dry. Using the provided spatula, mix one teaspoon of the Fem bleach cream with about one-fourth of the powder activator in a non-metallic bowl, such as glass or plastic. Stir the two components together for approximately one minute until the powder is completely dissolved in the cream. Apply the mixture evenly over the face and neck, making sure to avoid the area around the eyes and eyebrows. Leave the bleach on for no more than 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the bleach with a cotton ball and rinse your face thoroughly with cool water.
