Direction for Use/Dosage

• Take 2-3 drops of the essential oil and dilute it with a teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil and massage gently on your skin.
• Can also be diluted with bathing water. Dilute 2-3 drops of the essential oil in water and use in the diffuser.
• Perform a patch test on elbow and keep it for 30min. If irritation develops, discontinue usage.
