EXECARE F CREAMcontains a combination of Fusidic acid and Halometasone which belongs to the group of medicine called Antibiotics and Corticosteroids respectively. How EXECARE F CREAM Works
EXECARE F CREAMworks by managing bacterial growth and infection in which fusidic acid works by interfering with bacterial protein synthesis, specifically by managing the translocation of the elongation factor G (which helps in bacterial protein synthesis) from the ribosome. And halometasone binds to steroid receptors to modulate the protein synthesis that is involved in the development of bacterial skin infections and regulates the function of inflammatory cells and lysosomes (breakdowns many biomolecules) to reduce inflammatory responses.
