    Introduction About ENZOMAC FORTE TABLET

    ENZOMAC FORTE TABLET is a combination of Bromelain, Rutoside, and Trypsin, which belongs to the group of medicines called Proteolytic enzymes and Flavonoids, respectively. It is used in the management of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, joint issues related to inflammation, pain and swelling of joints, swelling associated with surgical wounds, pulmonary edema, ulcerative colitis, sports and accidental injuries, muscular cramps and spasms, tendinitis, bursitis, dental extraction, sinusitis, bronchitis, and rhinitis. 

    Prior to starting the management with ENZOMAC FORTE TABLET, your doctor might want you to take several diagnostic tests to understand your existing condition and to safely use this medicine to manage the risk of any unusual effects. 

    ENZOMAC FORTE TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with hemophilia (a disorder in which blood doesn't clot normally), liver or kidney disorders, or patients undergoing haemodialysis. ENZOMAC FORTE TABLET should be taken with caution in patients with any bleeding disorders and heart disease. 

    ENZOMAC FORTE TABLET is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women. There is no data on the use of ENZOMAC FORTE TABLET in children or elderly patients; hence, always consult your doctor for advice before taking this medicine. 

    The most common side effects of taking ENZOMAC FORTE TABLET are nausea, diarrhea, stomach upset, tiredness, dry mouth, and skin rash. Consult your doctor if any of the side effects worsen.

    ENZOMAC FORTE TABLET helps in managing pain and inflammation associated with various conditions where bromelain and trypsin are protease enzymes that decrease inflammation by inhibiting the substances that are responsible for it called proinflammatory prostaglandins. It also influences blood clotting by increasing the activity of a protein called fibrinogen. Rutoside is a flavonoid that works by enhancing the strength of blood vessels and decreasing their ability to break down. 

    How to use ENZOMAC FORTE TABLET

    Take ENZOMAC FORTE TABLET as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with enough water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of ENZOMAC FORTE TABLET for you depending on your age, body weight, and disease condition.

    How To Manage Side Effects

    Constipation

    Take fiber-rich foods in your diet, such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grain cereals, and drink plenty of fluids. Exercise regularly (such as walking) and stay active. Consult your doctor if the symptom does not improve. 

    Diarrhea

    Drink a lot of fluids, such as water or fruit juices, to keep yourself hydrated. Do not take any medicine on your own to manage diarrhea. Consult your doctor if the symptom does not improve. 

    Dry Mouth

    Sip water and other sugar-free liquids regularly. Do not use mouthwashes that contain alcohol because they can make your mouth dry; use mouthwash that is used only for dry mouth. Limit your caffeine intake. Avoid smoking or using tobacco products. Consult your doctor if the symptom does not improve.

    Headache

    Rest and relax. Drink plenty of fluids, such as water or electrolytes. Apply a pain-relieving balm on the forehead if required. Do not consume too much alcohol. Consult your doctor if the symptom does not improve.

    Tiredness

    Drink plenty of fluid, eat a balanced diet, and frequent meals. Do regular minimal exercise and follow a regular sleep schedule. Consult your doctor if the symptom does not improve.
