    Direction for Use/Dosage

    For adults and children aged 12 years and over: Dissolve one teaspoon (5g) of powder in a glass of water (approximately 150ml).
    Drink the sparkling solution immediately after it has fully dissolved.
    A second dose can be taken after 2-3 hours if symptoms persist.
    Do not take more than two doses within a 24-hour period.
