Introduction About ELERON SYRUP
Eleron Syrup 150ml is a hematinic preparation which is used to manage or manage iron deficiency anaemia. It contains elemental iron as an active ingredient. It help in formation of red blood cells and manage iron deficiency and used in the management of anemia.
Iron supplements work by directly increasing the iron stores in the body that play a vital role in building a component called heme, thereby enhancing the synthesis of haemoglobin (oxygen carrying pigment in blood) and myoglobin (oxygen carrying pigment in muscles), managing the iron deficiency in the body.
