    Introduction About DURALAST 30MG TABLET

Duralast is used to manage early ejaculation by balancing certain chemicals in the brain. It contains Dapoxetine which belongs to the group of medicines called Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. It delays ejaculation by blocking the reuptake of a neurotransmitter called serotonin between the nerve cells. This increases the activity of serotonin within the brain, which increases the time taken to release semen (ejaculate) and can improve control over ejaculation.

Prior to the management, your doctor would perform certain tests to determine whether you have or are at risk of developing severe low blood pressure while standing up. Take Duralast at least 1-3 hours before anticipated sexual activity. Avoid the consumption of alcohol or grapefruit juice while taking this medicine. Before taking Duralast inform your doctor if you have any history of bleeding disorders or mental disorders. Duralast is not recommended for use in patients with liver or heart problems.

It is also not suitable for use in children or adolescents (below 18 years of age). Inform your doctor immediately if you experience dizziness upon standing up suddenly or if you experience sudden mood changes or harmful thoughts after taking Duralast. The most common side effects of taking Duralast are dizziness, nausea, tiredness, increased sweating, restlessness, and a decrease in sex drive. Consult your doctor if any of the side effects trouble you.
