    Direction for Use/Dosage

    Before measurement, rest in a relaxed, seated position for at least 5 minutes. Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising for 30 minutes prior.
    Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm (about 1 inch) above the elbow joint, with the tube running down the center of your arm.
    Ensure your arm is resting on a flat surface, like a table, with the cuff at the same level as your heart.
    Press the 'Start/Stop' button to begin the measurement. The cuff will inflate and then deflate automatically.
    Remain still and do not talk during the measurement process.
    Once complete, your systolic and diastolic pressure, along with your pulse rate, will be displayed on the screen. The device will automatically shut off after a period of inactivity.
