Body: For use all over the body. Massage oil into damp skin after bathing. For best results concentrate on dry areas such as elbows and knees. Hair: For an intensive hair treatment massage a small amount into hair and scalp, cover with a warm towel and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse and follow with Dr Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Shampoo and Conditioner. Nails: For an intensive manicure or pedicure, massage gently into nails and cuticles.
