Direction for Use/Dosage
For maintaining oral hygiene, use the toothpaste at least twice a day, once in the morning and once before bedtime. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto a wet, soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush all surfaces of your teeth using gentle, circular motions, angling the brush at 45 degrees towards the gum line.
