Introduction About DOLOPAR TABLET
Dolopar Tablet is an analgesic and antipyretic medicine which is used to manage body pain and fever. It contains paracetamol and caffeine as active ingredients which inhibit the pain-causing mechanism and regulate body temperature.
Paracetamol helps to relieve pain by reducing the production of prostaglandins (pain-producing agents) and elevates the pain threshold. It reduces fever by acting on a specific area of the brain that regulates our body temperature called the hypothalamic heat-regulating centre. Caffeine acts as an adjuvant action in the inhibition of pain signals.
