Introduction About DOLIPRANE 650MG TABLET
Doliprane 650 Tablet is used to relieve mild to moderate pain. It contains Paracetamol as active ingredients used to lower fever, common cold or flu.
Paracetamol relieves pain by increasing the pain threshold by inhibiting certain enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) involved in the synthesis of chemicals responsible for inducing pain (prostaglandins). It reduces fever by directly acting on heat-regulating centers in the brain, resulting in vessel relaxation, sweating and loss of body heat.
Take Doliprane 650 Tablet as advised by your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Swallow with a glass of water, do not crush or chew. It should be used with caution in patients with liver or kidney problem. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is not recommended in children below 10 years of age. Do not take if you are allergic to paracetamol.
