DIZEST Drops is a digestive supplement used to relive indigestion, flatulence, abdominal bloating or fullness, abdominal colic pain, and stomach upset in infants and children. It contains diastase, pepsin, and simethicone as active ingredients.
Diastase helps breakdown starch and other complex carbohydrates into simple sugars and improves digestion. Pepsin breaks down protein into amino acids, which serve as building blocks for the body. Simethicone works by breaking gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, which allows for easier passage of gas.
Always give DIZEST Drops to your child as advised by your doctor. It is for oral use only. Shake well before use. For infants less than one year, give 0.5 ml to 1 ml in single or divided doses. For children over one year, give 1 ml in single or divided doses.
