It contains aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, dimethicone, and sorbitol as active ingredients that help to neutralize excess acid in stomach.
Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide neutralize the excess acid present in the stomach that increases the stomach pH. Dimethicone is an antiflatulent agent that helps to relieve excess gas.
