DIABETROL 3D TABLET is a combination of Glibenclamide, Metformin, and Rosiglitazone, which belongs to the group of medicines called Antidiabetic agents. It is used in adults to manage type II diabetes mellitus along with diet and exercise.
Type II diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by abnormally high levels of glucose in the blood. It is caused by inadequate production of a hormone called insulin (produced by the pancreas to metabolize glucose) in the body or if the body cannot utilize the secreted insulin properly.
Before and during management with DIABETROL 3D TABLET, your doctor may also take blood tests to monitor your blood cell levels, liver, and kidney function.
DIABETROL 3D TABLET is not recommended for use by pregnant women or breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before taking it.
DIABETROL 3D TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with severe kidney problems, liver problems, acute heart failure, who have recently had a heart attack, have severe problems with their circulation (such as shock), or have breathing difficulties. Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it.

How DIABETROL 3D TABLET Works
DIABETROL 3D TABLET effectively controls blood sugar levels in patients with type II diabetes mellitus. Where Glibenclamide helps the pancreas secrete more insulin (a hormone that digests glucose in the body). It reduces blood glucose levels by increasing the amount of insulin secreted by the pancreas. Metformin blocks the amount of glucose produced by the liver. It also reduces the absorption of glucose in the intestines and allows the body to make better use of insulin. Rosiglitazone helps improve glycemic control by increasing insulin sensitivity.
