    Introduction About DERMIFLOX CREAM

    DERMIFLOX CREAM is a combination of Beclomethasone, Ketoconazole and Neomycin which belongs to the group of medicines called Corticosteroids, Antifungals and Antibiotics respectively. It is used for the topical management of bacterial and fungal skin infections with associated inflammation.

    DERMIFLOX CREAM is not recommended for use in patients who allergic to corticosteroids and in patients with skin infections. DERMIFLOX CREAM should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. DERMIFLOX CREAM should be used with caution in pregnant women. There are limited studies on the use of DERMIFLOX CREAM during breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before using.

    Tell your doctor if you have any known hypersensitivity reactions to corticosteroids and infections of the skin. DERMIFLOX CREAM is not recommended for use in children below 2 years of age. The most common side effects are stinging, irritation, bumps, tenderness and flaking of skin. Consult your doctor if any of the above side effects worsen or persists for a longer duration.

    Uses Of DERMIFLOX CREAM

    It is used for the topical management of bacterial and fungal skin infections with associated inflammation such as:

    • athletes foot
    • jock itch
    • ring worm
    • seborrhea (dry, flaking skin)
    • intertrigo
    • infection between toes and fingers
    • eczema

    How DERMIFLOX CREAM Works

    DERMIFLOX CREAM is a combination of Beclomethasone, Ketoconazole, and Neomycin. Ketoconazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi while Neomycin is an antibiotic which stops the growth of bacteria on the skin. Beclomethasone blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.

    How to use DERMIFLOX CREAM

    Apply DERMIFLOX CREAM as directed by your physician. It is for external use only. Apply a thin layer of this medicine on the affected area. Rub gently on affected area. Avoid applying this medicine around your eyes, including eyelids.  

    Side Effects Of DERMIFLOX CREAM

    Common

    • stinging, irritation
    • bumps, tenderness
    • flaking of skin
    • skin atrophy (thinning of skin, loss of pigmentation, dilation of blood vessel and scars)
