Introduction About DENTONE GUM PAINT
DENTONE Gum Paint is an oral astringent preparation used to provide relief from gum inflammation, spongy, swollen or bleeding gums, oral sores, cold sores and oral irritation. It contains Tannic acid, Glycerin, Potassium iodide, Iodine, Menthol, Camphor and Thymol as active ingredients.
Tannic acid is an astringent which is effective in the management of spongy, swollen, bleeding or loose gums. It forms a protective layer over the gums and mucous membranes of the oral cavity and provide symptomatic relief from oral conditions.
Glycerin is a moisturizing agent which lubricates and moisturizes the oral cavity and manages oral dryness.
Potassium iodide and iodine contains antibacterial properties. They manage bacterial growth in the oral cavity and manages cavity or plague formations.
Menthol and Camphor are counter irritants. They provide relief from oral sores, itching and irritation by producing a cooling sensation.
Thymol contains antiseptic and antibacterial properties. It reduces the risk of oral infections and manages bad breath.
Use DENTONE Gum Paint as advised by your doctor. Take DENTONE Gum Paint on the fingertips and apply on the affected gums. Apply 2-3 drops of the gum paint over the affected areas of the oral cavity. Do not eat or drink anything within 10 minutes after applying the medicine.
