Introduction About DECOLGEL GEL
Decolgel Gel is a topical pain-relieving medicine used to provide relief from lower back pain, sprains and strains, muscular pain, sports injuries and joint pain. It contains Diclofenac, Menthol, Methyl Salicylate and Capsicin as the key ingredients.
Diclofenac is an analgesic medication. It works by blocking the actions of certain chemicals within the affected region that causes pain and inflammation. Methyl Salicylate and Capsicin are skin irritants and rubefacient. They reduce pain sensation by causing a mild skin irritation and redness.
Menthol acts as a cooling agent. They reduce pain sensation initially by cooling the skin followed by warming it up. Both menthol and methyl salicylate also improve blood circulation in the applied regions that may help in fast recovery.
Apply Decolgel Gel on the affected areas as advised by your doctor. It is for external use only. Wash your hands before and after using Decolgel Gel. Avoid contact of Decolgel Gel with your eyes, ears, nose or mouth. In case of accidental contact, rinse it off with plenty of water. Do not apply this medicine on cuts, open wounds or damaged skin.
