CYSTOP TABLET is a combination of Benfotiamine and Metformin which belongs to the group of medicines called Vitamins and Minerals and Anti-diabetic agents respectively. CYSTOP TABLET contains two medicines namely benfotiamine and metformin. Benfotiamine is a synthetic form of Vitamin B1. Vitamin B1 is a water-soluble vitamin essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. It also improves nerve health, restores nerve functions, improves nerve growth and regeneration, reduces nerve pain and protects your nerves from becoming more sensitive.
Metformin makes your body more sensitive to insulin (a hormone involved in glucose metabolism). This helps our body cells to utilize more amount of the circulating blood glucose, thereby reducing blood sugar levels. Additionally, it also manages glucose production by the liver and reduces its absoprtion in the body.
How to use CYSTOP TABLET
Take CYSTOP TABLET preferably after meals or as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine.

- dolutegravir (an antiviral agents)

- trimethoprim (an antibiotic)
- anticancer agents (fluorouracil, vandetanib, crizotinib and Olaparib)
- isavuconazole (an antifungal agent)
