How CYCLOWAR TABLET Works
CYCLOWAR TABLET is a combination of Dicyclomine, Pamabrom and Paracetamol. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic drug that works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) and relieves cramps, pain, bloating and discomfort. Pamabrom is a diuretic that increases the production of urine to remove excess water from the body and relieve premenstrual symptoms like bloating, water-weight gain, swelling and the feeling of being full.
