How CYCLOPAM PLUS TABLET Works
CYCLOPAM PLUS TABLET is a combination of Dicyclomine, Mefenamic Acid, and Paracetamol. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic drug that works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) and relieves pain, cramps, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer), and mefenamic acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). They block the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Together, the combination of these three medicines—Dicyclomine, Mefenamic Acid, and Paracetamol-relieves abdominal pain.
