    Introduction About CRET LOW TABLET

CRET LOW Tablet is a health supplement used in the management of diabetic kidney diseases. It can also be used for kidney problems caused due to radio contrast media, paracetamol overdose and clears mucus away from airways.

It contains N-acetyl-L-cysteine, Taurine, pyridoxine and Folic acid as active ingredients which protects the kidneys from damage by harmful chemicals.

N-Acetylcysteine and taurine are powerful antioxidants. Together they manage glomerular (part of kidney) damage and manages excessive excretion of protein via urine among diabetic patients. Additionally, N-Acetylcysteine also contains mucolytic properties, which clears away mucus in the respiratory tract. It also enhances non-toxic combining of sulfate with paracetamol, thereby controlling paracetamol poisoning.

Other vitamins like folic acid and pyridoxine were also proven to improve nerve health, supports nerve growth and regeneration, restores nerve functions, reduce nerve pain and manages further damage to the nerves.

Always take CRET LOW Tablet as advised by your doctor. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablets. Do not exceed the daily recommended dosage.
