Introduction About CRANSAFE TABLET
Cransafe Tablet is a non-antimicrobial agent which helps in promoting urinary tract health and may help in reducing the frequency of urinary tract infections. It contains Cranberry and D-Mannose as active ingredients which inhibit the causative bacteria to affect the urinary tract.
Cranberry extract and D-mannose manages urinary tract infection (UTI) by binding to the fimbria (tiny hair-like projections) of the E. coli bacteria which is the major cause for UTI. Thereby it manages the attachment of the bacteria to the surface of the urinary tract.
