Comedolytic Cream is a keratolytic agent used in the management of acne vulgaris and other keratolytic conditions. It removes dry and dead skin cells, and removes comedones, blackheads and whiteheads. It can also be used as adjunctive therapy in managing signs of aging such as wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, etc. It contains tretinoin as an active ingredient.
Tretinoin is a vitamin A derivative (Retinoids).
