COLOPREP ORANGE FLAVOUR KIT should be used with caution in patients with problems like aspirating food or fluids into the lungs while eating or swallowing and mild to moderate hepatic impairment.
Patients who have a history of prolonged QT (abnormal ECG readings), uncontrolled irregularities of heartbeats, recent myocardial infarction (damage to heart muscles due to blocked blood supply to heart), unstable angina (chest pain due to underlying heart disease), congestive heart failure (loss of heart function), or cardiomyopathy (inability of heart muscles to pump) should be used with caution.

Take this medicine in two doses: one dose in the evening prior to colonoscopy, or 10 to 12 hours before the second dose, and the second dose in the morning of colonoscopy day, or at least 3 12 hours before colonoscopy. Your doctor will determine the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight, and disease condition.
