Introduction About COEHB XT TABLET
CoeHb-XT Tablet is an iron supplement which helps in managing iron deficiency anemia. It contains Ferrous Ascorbate and Folic Acid as active ingredients which help in increasing the absorption of iron and formation of new red blood cells hence, improving hemoglobin levels.
Ferrous ascorbate is a combination of ascorbic acid and iron which increases the availability of iron for the production of red blood cells. Ascorbic acid aids in increasing the absorption of iron, decreasing the amount of free radicals and minimizing gastrointestinal irritation. Folic acid is essential for the formation of new healthy cells.
Take CoeHb-XT Tablet as advised by your doctor. It should be swallowed with water. Do not crush or chew the tablets. Do not exceed the daily recommended dosage. Patients having iron overload, hemosiderosis, hemochromatosis (iron is absorbed in larger amounts), hemolytic anemia (low red blood cells) should not take CoeHb-XT Tablet.
It should be used with caution in patients having peptic ulcer, regional enteritis and ulcerative colitis. Consult your doctor if you experience any allergic reactions while taking this medicine.
