    Introduction About CLORNI GEL

CLORNI GEL contains Ornidazole which belongs to the group of medicines called Antiprotozoals. It is used to manage periodontal disease (periodontitis), gingivitis (gum inflammation), aphthous stomatitis (sore or ulcers in the mouth or gums). Periodontal disease is a condition that affects the supporting structure of teeth leading to the formation of pockets due to which tooth loss occurs.

Ornidazole is an antiprotozoal that kills parasites and bacteria that live in the absence of oxygen by generating harmful molecule which damages the DNA of the parasites and bacteria.
