Clohex ADS Mint Flavour Sugar Free Mouth Wash is an antiseptic and antiplaque mouthwash used in the management of gum diseases, oral mucositis, stops tooth decay and bad breath. It contains chlorhexidine gluconate, sodium fluoride and zinc chloride as active ingredients to promote oral hygiene.
Chlorhexidine gluconate works as an antiseptic by adhering to the surface of teeth, inside cheeks and gums. This destroys the infectious germs that cause gum disease, ulcers and other mouth infections. Sodium fluoride works by strengthening teeth and managing bacteria-caused decay (cavity). Zinc chloride possesses antibacterial (prevents the growth of germs) and astringent (tightens soft organic tissues) properties.
Always use Clohex ADS Mint Flavour Sugar Free Mouth Wash as advised by the doctor. It is for dental use only. Recommended usage is 10 ml twice daily or as directed by the doctor. Rinse vigorously around the teeth and gums and then spit it out, do not swallow.
