Introduction About CIPMOL PINEAPPLE FLAVOUR DROPS
Cipmol Pineapple Flavour Drops is an analgesic and antipyretic medicine used in children to reduce high temperature (fever) and provides relief from mild to moderate pain. It contains paracetamol as an active ingredient to effectively reduce fever and relieves pain.
Paracetamol acts as an antipyretic as well as painkiller. It works by inhibiting the production of a chemical called prostaglandins in the body, which are responsible for causing pain and swelling in the body. As a result, it reduces various pain. It also has a direct action on heat regulating centres in the brain, leading to peripheral vasodilation, sweating and loss of body temperature. Thus, it reduces fever.
Always give Cipmol Pineapple Flavour Drops to your child as advised by the physician. Shake well before each use. Use a dropper provided with the package for correct dosing. Recommended dosage is 10-15mg/kg throughout the 24-hour period. Administering more than the daily dosage may cause serious liver damage or allergic reactions (such as swelling of the face, mouth and throat, difficulty in breathing, itching or rash).
