Introduction About CHAPTEX LIP BALM
Chaptex Lip Balm is a deeply hydrating lip liniment. It contains octyl methoxycinnamate, octocrylene, lanolin, avobenzone, almond oil, avocado oil, tocopherol acetate and D-panthenol which helps to manage chapping, drying of lip tissues and seals in moisture to leave lips soft and smooth in any weather.
Octyl methoxycinnamate manages damage to cells and DNA by reducing the p53 protein expression following UV exposure and increases the skin's tolerance to UV rays. Octocrylene acts as a photo stabilizer that protects the skin from direct DNA damage. Lanolin acts as a skin protectant and relieves dryness and irritation of the skin. Avobenzone protects the skin from the sun. Tocopherol acts as an antioxidant.
Always use Chaptex Lip Balm as advised by your doctor. It is for external use only. Apply to lips as often as needed. Apply at least every 2 hours particularly in dry, cold and windy weather. See visible result on chapped or cracked lips. Do not use it on deep or punctured wounds, animal bites and serious burns. Do not use Chaptex Lip Balm if you are allergic to any of its components.
