Introduction About CARMICIDE ADULTS ORAL LIQUID
Carmicide Adults Oral Liquid is used to relieve intestinal colic, flatulence, and stomach upset. It contains Sodium citrate and Citric Acid Monohydrate as active ingredients that helps to neutralize acid in the stomach that causes stomach upset.
Citrate neutralizes acid in the stomach and raises the stomach pH by managing activation of chelating calcium ions.
